NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is hosted and administered solely by Baseball Card Connection. Midland States Bank (“Donor”) is not the sponsor, administrator, or promoter of this Giveaway but has donated a prize as a gesture of goodwill.
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Illinois and Missouri, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Host or Midland States Bank, and their immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible to win.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote this Giveaway.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at May 15,2025 and ends at May 30,2025. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
Participants must follow the instructions provided in the Host’s official Giveaway post on Facebook. Only one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Automated or bulk entries are not permitted.
5. Prize
Midland States Bank has donated the following prize: 2 St. Louis Cardinals vs Toronto Blue Jays Tickets. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $240. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the Host’s discretion. Midland States Bank makes no warranties or representations regarding the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by the Host in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by via facebook messenger within 1 day of the Giveaway’s end. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours (2 business days) or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Taxes and Reporting
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the value of the prize exceeds $600, the Host (or Midland States Bank, if applicable) may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner. Winner may be required to provide a completed W-9 form before receiving the prize.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Host, Midland States Bank, Facebook, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Midland States Bank is not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway and shall have no liability for any disputes, malfunctions, or errors in connection with entry, drawing, notification, or delivery of prizes.
9. General Conditions
The Host reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that violates these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the entry process. The Host may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice. By entering, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Host, which are final and binding.
